The Stichting Aerlines Magazine (Aerlines Magazine Foundation), publisher of Aerlines Magazine, hereafter both referred to as “SAM”) are committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that visitors provide to us when using www.aerius.nl, www.aerlines.nl and www.aerlinesmagazine.com or any subdomain of these URLs. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information received about our visitors when they visit one of our domains. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.

Information Collection
The SAM collects information through our web sites at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: our webstat statistics analytical tool acquires information on visitor behaviour within the Aerlines, Aerweb and Aerius domains. The gathered information is not personally identifiable. Third parties do not have access to non personal identifiable information that is gathered through this tool.
We may also collect personally identifiable information through our registration form. This information is for internal use only and will not be passed on to third parties. Commercial use is restricted to banner advertisements and advertorials that are directly incorporated into existing Aerlines publications. The current maximum of yearly communications that include advertisements is set at 6.

Personally identifiable information is collected on a voluntarily basis only. To receive our products and services, registration of email-address and name is mandatory. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies, except those employed by third party suppliers; respectively Google (through their Adsense and Analytics programs). A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.

Banner advertisements appearing on our Web site do not collect information.

Information Usage
The information collected by the SAM will be used for internal purposes only. Information gathered is used for internal marketing and content management of Aerlines Magazine and the SAM. Users who provide information will receive quarterly updates of our magazine and irregular updates on upcoming Aerlines or Aerius events.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We offer links to other websites. Please note: when you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our website offers chats, forums and message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

We may use information for the purposes for which you specifically provided the information including, for example, enabling us to process, validating and verifying subscriptions.

We may use information to send you e-mail notifications about our new or existing products and services, special offers, or to otherwise contact you.

We may use information to enhance existing features or develop new features, products and services. But we may use information to provide advertisers and other third parties with aggregate information about our user base and usage patterns.

Access to Information
The SAM maintains the accuracy of our information. Users may contact us to confirm their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. This may be done via email: info@aerlines.nl. Users may delete their information from our database by sending an email notification to info@aerlines.nl. The information will be deleted within one month.

Data Storage and Security
The SAM does not actively employ security protection utilities other than standard PC protection utilities such as Virus scanners and firewalls. Information protection is arranged through the constitution of the Stichting Aerlines Magazine (Aerlines Magazine Foundation)

Changes & Problem Resolution
